The Fitness Tracker and Journal for 2024 allows an athlete to track two workouts per day, including the food they ate and how they feel about the workouts. Each day provides space for recording workouts and a journal entry, providing the athlete with additional recording for reference later and tracking progress. Additionally, each month includes a prefacing calendar for logging daily workouts and tracking completion with a spelled out month for coloring as the month progresses and workouts are complete.
